"The staff might have just saved my dog’s life! I got overwhelmed at work and failed to pick up my dogs vital medication from a pharmacy that is over an hour away. The price of this medication varies significantly. Kroger had it for 12% the cost of what the big name pharmacies quote and half what I usually pay. They had the medication in stock and were able to fill it with only 1.5 hour notice until closing. The staff even followed up with phone calls to update me! "Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Dr. Ashley (Towers Kroger Pharmacist), who continues to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that her patients are cared for during each visit. Unfortunately, my endocrinologist wrote my prescription for the incorrect dosage amount. Dr. Ashley attempted to have the nurse correct the medication over the phone to avoid me having to make a second trip. Sadly, the nurse claimed that he could not fix the prescription and that it had to come from the endocrinologist herself. So the next day, my endocrinologist re-writes the medicine but ends up sending it to a different Kroger. Thankfully, Dr. Ashley catches it in time by downloading my profile to make the necessary correction. A HUGE shoutout to Towers Kroger Pharmacist, Dr. Ashley, and her staff for going above with patient care!"

"Horrible Pharmacy. My physician called in a prescription for a commonly available Rx at 10:20 AM. I called the pharmacy at 3:45 PM to check on the status of the script. After going thru two loooong recordings, I was told it would take another half hour, and it would be ready at 4:15 PM. I stopped by at 4:25 PM and was told it "still needed to be counted out, and it would take another 20 to 30 minutes". What the hell? Are they that busy that they can't put 30 pills in a little bottle in 6 hours? Or are they just that inept? My money is on the latter. This isn't my first negative experience with this pharmacy. I should have kept to my word last time that I would never be back. There are online pharmacies that can fill a prescription faster than this place."

"The pharmacy staff at this location are incredibly rude. I’ve met one person that I enjoyed interacting with. Ashley made me feel embarrassed over a situation and I’ve heard the manager, Howard, making fun of a hospital employ like there wasn’t a line full of people. I feel like they lack simple and basic customer service skills."
