"I'll start by saying all of us have probably had the experience of wanting something for a long period of time. Spent countless hours researching products, how-to guides, and watched endless YouTube videos only to be disappointed with the end result for one reason or another! I'm here to tell you to put your fears to rest and that your purchase from Boulder Fountain will be the BEST experience from start to finish you'll ever have! It was quickly apparent to me that Kenny had created a culture of customer first with this company. I was so surprised on a Saturday when they are typically closed, that he not only took my phone call but also engaged and indulged all my questions that morning. Needless to say, all subsequent interactions were the same with everyone I dealt with! Melissa was extremely patient as well as Matt. I was pleasantly surprised with a quicker-than-expected delivery and when I tell you the installation instructions are "stupid simple", that's an understatement! I was emailed a complete installation guide with step-by-step instructions and photos. The Boulder Fountain company has every aspect of your purchase taken care of and they execute that purchase flawlessly. I'm over the moon with my Sedona Fountain and the realistic quality is beyond compare. It looks like a boulder you would see on a nature trail. "Sadly, I just haven’t been happy with our fountain trio. We’ve had fountains in previous homes, and none were this high maintenance. We purchased a 3 column basalt fountain. It arrived with quite a few broken chards, but nothing that seriously impacted its function. It was missing the adapters from the pump to the hoses, which we had to buy at the local hardware store during installation (in fairness, they offered to ship them but we had contractors on site putting it in and couldn’t wait). The real issue, however, has to do with the basin being sold with this product. It is FAR TOO shallow. The basin has to be filled weekly, if not more (we checked for leaks and cannot find any. The water just splashes out too much, even with reducing the flow). Once the tubing and concrete supports are in place, the water volume just isn’t enough (and we live in MA so not a dry place either). Sadly, we have to now pay to take it all out and build a better basin that will support an appropriate amount of water. Finally, when selling a three part fountain, it would be advisable to have two entry points into the basin, rather than one small corner opening. It makes it VERY difficult to adjust flows quickly."
