"They are money hungry. We opted not to renew our lease when the rent was being increased by $300. We were out when we were suppose to be and cleaned the apartment thoroughly before leaving. They are trying to charge use $886 for new carpet, the carpet was in excellent condition when we moved in and when we left 2 yrs later. They also trying to charge use for cleaning the toilets ,$20, when they were also cleaned thoroughly as well. We recorded a 15 minutes video after everything was do showing that everything was done and clean. We'll go to court if need be, with our video showing everything clean."

"I’ve tried calling the office about this multiple times and of course no one answered. They rarely answer the phones here. Not only is this complex already disgusting with its constantly overflowing dumpster but there is garbage everywhere. People leave trash bags wherever they feel like it which get torn open by animals. Construction tore up the grass area by my apartment leaving a giant crater with heavy machinery just sitting there for the past month. To make matters worse the grass area that isn’t torn up by construction is flooded and the smell is awful. A truly horrendous smell hits you as soon as you step outside of your apartment. They’ve done nothing about it. I cannot believe how much they charge for rent with these kinds of living conditions. Living here is a nightmare I will only wake up from when my lease is over."

"Do not rent here. I’m paying over 2,000 dollars a month to live in a complete dump. The trash is constantly overflowing. Cars get broken into. Apartments are outdated and falling apart. I can’t wait until my lease is over."

"My intial move in experience was wonderful. Communication along with the office has definitely change. Work order request for major issues has not been addressed in a timely manner. I have experience several leak within my home. I have called to get an update on when my issues will be addressed and have not receive a call back. My ceiling leaks each time we have a heavy down pour, only thing left is for my ceiling in my kitchen and living room is for it to cave in. My shingles from the backyard has fallen off! I sent a email last year and was advise it would be taken care of. I work 8-10 hour days, therefore I am unable to get to the office while it’s open. My weekends are for handling other issues at home, so me going into the office to ask a question that I can not get an answer to because maintenance is only doing emergency! Is not very helpful. Maintenance staff do not realize leaving a message with a teenager is like calling a phone with a voice mail that has not been set up yet. I love my neighborhood unfortunately services has not been great"
