"I lived here for about 2 1/2 years and was sad to leave! The renovated apartments, pool, leasing office, and sidewalks were a luxury! My apartment was very spacious for a one bedroom with lots of room for storage. The staff in the leasing office was always very friendly and made me feel at home, always greeting me by name! Even when I moved out I accidentally sent a package to my old apartment and they kept it safe for me until I was able to pick it up. Beth, the manager, is one of the best-I can’t say enough nice things about her! She is on top of the community making sure everything is clean and safe for the residents. I definitely recommend living here!"

"Love living here! Analyssa is the best! The staff is so friendly and helpful, always on top of anything that needs fixed. The apartments are huge and beautiful. The walking path around the complex is always clean and well maintained. The dog park area is perfect for our furbabies to stretch there legs. Within walking distance of the vibe district and always something to do. They also do neighborhoods events like bingo and pool parties to bring the community together ❤️"

"Phenomenal apartments and a major upgrade compared to where we were staying before. I really enjoy the sound of the water fountains in the private pond in the morning and how dog friendly the community is. It's gated so I know my vehicle is safe from vandalism. The pool is so nice, especially in the summer and the two grills are definitely put to good use for cook outs and BBQs. Though the gym leaves a little to be desired (really only missing a good cable machine) it has everything you need for cardio and a decent weight workout. The front staff and maintenance personnel are lovely and always friendly. They absolutely ADORE dogs! It seems they are always thinking of new and exciting events for the community. The dog park area is nice, especially when you want to let your dog off leash to run and play a bit. I also cannot get over the location, especially for the price we're paying. Super close to the beach, conference center, and coffee shops. I couldn't think of a better place to stay in Virginia Beach than the South Beach apartments. I would certainly recommend them to anyone moving to the area or looking to upgrade apartments."

"We are so sad to be leaving this community. We just couldn’t keep up with the rent increases. That being said, it is extremely well managed. The staff is amazing, maintenance is also great. The pool is great, and our apartment just was so perfect. It’s going to be hard to let this one go!"
