"Very calm and quiet neighborhood very nice people and houses as well as the area you get a lot of great perks as well including the pool area and gym I do believe this is great place to start my family and I will be happy knowing my children are safe in the area"

"First, we talked with the housing, and they sent us pictures of a different house than we got. I feel like it was false advertising. This house is old. The appliances are old. The space does not make any sense; this house is badly designed. The AC upstairs does not cool, and almost all day, the AC is working to cool down the house, and I am worried about the electricity bill (in case we pass the estimate). The doors are badly painted and mounted and it is hard to open them. The garage is not automatic. Overall, this place is HORRIBLE! For my side, I would never recommend this place. If this house take the whole BAH, it should be in better conditions."

"Based on my move in experience, no complaints here. I am a very thorough person and I believe it could be challenging work with but everyone was friendly and professional. They answered a million and one questions I had and also allowed me to put on record photos and videos I took of the home for move out purposes. So far so good, looking forward to residing here."

"You have to fight to get any work done in your house. Takes 3 weeks to get a simple microwave. We put a work order in for our backyard flooding everytime it rains 2 years ago. Still not fixed. Jessica in the office needs to be fired. She's rude to everyone and threatens to kick them out. You should look into having a security gate put in at each entrance so we feel safer. And the gym needs to have a code on the door so we can use the gym after hours. Put a door up down the hall so there's no access to the office. Great location by the beach though and good schools."

"Charges us if we don't upkeep our back yards but they can't upkeep the neighborhood grass. The surrounding area that is their responsibility to keep maintained has now resulted in the renters/military families starting to maintain it becausing housing wont and we are tired of it looking bad. We are lucky if they come mow 1 time a month. Now we are about to have our trash cans taken away if they are left out passed trash day in an effort to 'keep the neighborhood clean'..? The supervisors at Liberty are rude and disrespectful. They don't care about their own staff nor their tenants. If you are moving here DO NOT look into Liberty Military Housing. Nothing has changed since they changed their name from Lincoln to Liberty. The houses are falling apart and have so much damage between leaks, air conditioners constantly going out, bugs, the temperature upstairs is unbearable during the day and not enough a/c is getting up there due to poorly constructed homes, walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors breath, mold, ceilings are collapsing, and flooding inside the home from improper maintenance. Not to mention they can't keep enough maintenance workers on staff to up keep all these homes because they are not treated well in the job and are over worked. So if you have a problem it's gonna be a while before it gets fixed. The only reason I posted such a long review is in hopes that things get fixed around here for all these families in the area. This has to stop for our military community. Also p.s. this is what our kitchen ceiling has looked like for a month. They have not been back to fix it. We've had a consistent drip for months and they don't know what it's coming from and now it's dripping from our vent above the stove and now another leak going directly into the sink. Also I'm pregnant and DO NOT feel safe bringing my son home in a few months after he is born to these conditions."
