Sparrows Point Townhomes and Apartments

"There are a lot of things I can deal with in an apartment. However, I draw the line at rodents and bugs. I just had the weekend from hell dealing with mice and what look like a rat (bigger than the others). I moved into my place Dec 6th and it is now Dec 18th. I am terrified to go home as I fear for the health and safety of me and my fur baby. These critters have been running around my kitchen and even eating my dog's food! Even after maintenance and the exterminator leaves, I still won't be comfortable in my own home. Seems like new appliances and floors were installed but the place is really ran down. I definitely plan to move."

"I love sparrows point. I’ve been here for almost 2 years and honestly it’s the best experience I’ve had at an apartment complex. The office is always willing to awnser the phone and talk me through the million questions i have. Maintenance is wonderful and quick. I really have no complaints and would (and have) recommend sparrows point to anyone looking!!"

"**Edit: it has been 2weeks and I have yet to hear anything from them regarding the issues I have listed in my review. Next update will be when I do finally hear from them. I'm not one to leave reviews usually but I need to get my experience with this place out there for other to see. The move in process was super easy and the staff was nothing less then friendly and helpful with it all. After moving in it was one issue after another it seems and nothing ever really gets resolved, I just get tired of dealing with them. Do not trust maintenance with anything, they are lazy and theifs. It is a good place if you absolutely need something but can't find anything else, but I warn you do not stay past the year mark! The renewal process was nothing but a nightmare! I spent 2 months trying to get my renewal proposals and didn't get my new lease to sign till after the first of the month, because of that they wanted to charge me month-to-month rates even though it was them who did not get me the lease to sign in time. Mind you, they even told me the issues were on their end with getting the lease. It seems like there is zero communication between the people they use to make the lease and the leasing office at all. It was a massive headache to get them to adjust my rent to where it should have been to begin with and even then they still screwed me over in that. I paid more then what I was supposed to, and on time, but they are still trying to say that I still owed them a late fee and got nothing credited to my account like it should have been for paying more then what I owed. I have reached out to multiple people about it and all they have done to "explain" this is send me a PDF with a bunch of numbers on that I have no clue what it means. I have asked them to explain further and have yet to hear back from them. I expressed to them that I would have no issues paying if the issues were on my end and that I would pay what else needed to be paid if they could explain to me why I still owed money but they couldn't even give me the decency of doing that. With this whole experience, they have really made it seem like all they care about is getting money."
