"If you move here, you'd be doing yourself a disservice. Management is the worst... specifically FELICIA. She have a nasty attitude, smart mouth, and is very disrespectful. This lady is constantly yelling at residents, cursing at residents, and walking into their face in a threatening manner. She do not know what professionalism is at all. I'm not sure where she came from or when she came out of the woodwork, but she need to go back. She even answer the phone with a nasty attitude. If life suck at home, she need to leave it there. I've had to sue them in court in the past and unfortunately, she showed up. Yall, her attitude is so nasty that she was being rude to the people at the court house because the company's lawyer didn't show up. She's ridiculous and it's hilarious how unhinged she is. On another note, the trash bins are always full. Trash is always on the ground around the trash bins. Then they have the audacity to try to charge you for leaving trash bags on your patio or on the ground by the dumpster. They expect you to leave it in your apartment until the trash trucks decide to dump the bins. The dog park is always full of poop. The gym is the size of my pinky toe. They never answer the phones. You can leave a voicemail, but good luck having a call returned. There's no cameras around the place, so your packages are constantly being stolen. The inside of the apartment looks old. My bathroom sink and tub look like it's been painted over 1,000 times because they're too cheap to replace them. My washer and dryer is from the 1800s. I've had to put in the same maintenance request about my dryer not drying and it still isn't drying. My HVAC closet was left with big holes and gaps around the pipes, which allowed a mouse to gain access into my apartment. The only great thing about this place is the maintenance staff they have now, especially David and Dre. They will not leave until your maintenance issue is fully corrected. Brad will literally throw something together and say it's fixed... then have to return because the issue occur again. If you stay here & they try you... just go ahead and file a tenant's assertion at the court house and put your rent into an escrow account. Management can either get their stuff together or the company can show up to court to get their rent. And read your lease in full. Too many times I've had to reference my lease when they tried to play me. I can go on and on, but I'll stop here."

"Customer service is piss poor. Maintenance is poor because they don’t pay their vendors. Also mold in every apt I went into . If you move here, you will find the lack of customer importance quickly."

"Awful!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The leasing office is extremely rude and not helpful. The mold and roach infestation is absolutely unacceptable not including all the other issues that are never fixed. Nobody should be living under these conditions. The health department should be looking into this apartment complex. It’s a health concern for everyone!!!"

"Terrible experience! I dont usually leave reviews but this is to help others. Please be aware of the apartment you choose and make sure to tour it before signing any paperwork. The apartment I was given looked 0% like the model shown so beware please. I was told by the leasing agent that touring the apartment was not posible because the cleaners had not worked on the apartment yet and when I was given the keys and saw the apartment on move in day this is what I saw... On another note, I spoke with a neighbor that was given a renovated apartment and he says he has no complains except maintenance which takes a long time but that is usual in a big apartment complex."

"I do NOT recommend this place. My move date was 7/14, so I go to inspect it thank God I wasn’t moving in that day because my apartment wasn’t ready. They tell me they are doing the floors in my apartment, so I ask why wasn’t I notified. What if I wanted to move in that day then what ? The property manager tells me I should be happy, I’m getting new floors. I ask will it be ready the next day, she assures me it will be clean and ready to move in. I come the next day and the apartment was a mess. Mold under the kitchen sink, duck tape on the exhaust over the stove and the bathroom was dirty, including the tub. I called one of the associates and she tells me because it’s after 5pm, there’s nothing that can be done until Monday. So I sends an email and waited until Monday. I come and the property manger says nothing to me, just told me write down my address to send my security deposit and gave me back my money order I gave them. She knew that was wrong and couldn’t even apologize or look me in my face the whole time I was in her office. DO NOT MOVE HERE, I promise you can find better !!!!!"
