"This is best and most amazing place I’ve ever live is clean. We have best most amazing maintenance team out here. Tom really goes above and beyond he’s always working beside his team and up Lifting his team and that’s what makes amazing a supervisor. When I tell you we have some amazing new staff in the front office friendly the property manager is amazing he reminds me of Tashanna. Assistant manager is amazing as well she remind me of the first team that was here before this property opened up. Keep up the good job because y’all are absolutely amazing.. if you get a chance to move out here you would definitely not be disappointed Living with the Franklin and Johnson company from Norfolk to Virginia Beach All there properties are absolutely amazing. The prices are fair for what you get. You would not be disappointed. Always remember you’ll get what you pay for but if you want the best don’t hesitate to put your application. It maybe A wait list but it’s worth the wait."

"I had the most pleasurable experience with Two Hundred West, especially with DeShara. She is an amazing and remarkable employee that is very prompt and professional with all the tenants and prospective tenants. I had the pleasure of working with her for several months and everything paid off perfectly! Her and Melissa welcomed me on move in day to my very first home and made it a truly AWESOME experience! They are very prompt with returning phone calls as I have never had to wait long at all, ever! All of you at Two Hundred West are definitely APPRECIATED more than you know!"

"I had a wonderful experience with 200 West staff. Melissa was professional, kind, and patient EVERY time I called and spoke with her. Every other staff member I encountered was kind, cordial, and professional. I called frequently to check their availability. I did get my apartment, the property is well kept. Every resident I spoke with raved about the place. I will be moving soon and I am very excited. I agree with the other review, you have to be patient and "trust the process". And....it is well worth it!"

"Love this community, my 2 bedroom apartment & pleased with my neighbors! This process was very long but all worth it! All it took was a bit of patience and trust in the staff! Also, I want to point out how the office and maintenance staff are really on top of keeping the communities appearance very well maintained! I just want to thank the staff for their hard work!
