"Stopped by, it is pricey as heck but I am sure it is worth the money. I looked at a bunch of places and this one was very nice. Would never pay this kind of money personally but it hard to find any place that is not expensive. I would at least stop by and look at it if you have some money."
"Place is great for temporary living, I wouldn't bank on long term living for anyone. It was affordable when I initially moved in but due to the "market" (they follow BAH increase for service members), the $200 increase per lease renewal makes you start to notice issues that you once overlooked. The internet is very intermittent and unreliable, especially when trying to work from home. The bandwidth is slow and would prefer the ability to select our own service. If you live with tenants above you, then prepare for disruptive living as there is nothing the front office will do to mitigate the noise aside from the standard email to the people living above you or offer you another unit to move into at your expense. We've had 3 different occupants in the unit above us and it just gets worse over time. From the occasional walking, to toddlers running to now obnoxiously loud stomping at all hours of the night. The front office staff do the best they can but whoever designed this place really cut corners on overall structure. My light fixtures and somehow my own floor shakes when they "walk" around upstairs. These floors are hollow and everything echo's in your apartment. We've also had water damage from rain that came in through our balcony while the door was shut. The Pool is smaller than the ones we are used to, the gym is ok just don't expect much free weights aside from dumbbells, and the clubhouse/main office is done up real nice. If you're going to live here don't settle for anything below the 3rd floor."
"525 is absolutely stunning! From the beautiful modern appliances, the well kept property, down to the dog park. We had the pleasure to tour with Tamara and she was so lovely. She answered all of our questions, when doing the tour everything went so smooth and didn’t feel rushed. We hope to become residents soon! Thank you for the wonderful experience."
"Mold, Vandalism, Cheap appliances, garbage/overpriced internet provider- “Experience the modern day life at 525.” Our front closet molded out due to a leak coming from an above unit. When I first reported the issue to Ann she called maintenance which then came and sprayed Moldex since it was a Saturday. Monday rolled around, I never heard anything about the issue. I called to find out the mold was never reported! Are you kidding me?! A couple days prior to finding the mold, I went to the ER. I was having cognitive issues and felt sick/dazed. I honestly thought I had Covid. I expressed to Kesha regional manager that I think the mold may of been the attributing factor. She downplayed the situation, “well, I don’t think it’s black mold.” Okay? Mold is mold. The closet that molded shared the wall with our AC. To fix the issue, all the were planing to do was sprayed moldex, use a dehumidifier, and repaint the closet. I told them absolutely not! Somebody needed to come and do a moisture test prior to anything being done. Appropriate levels is moisture in drywall is between 5 and 12 percent. Our closet without being cut into I think was reading at percent. Even after this, they were still trying to just continue with the original plan of moldex and paint. I then initiated the steps to prepare to file suit against them by hand delivering and emailing the regional manager a written notice. The negligence and lack of concern for our health/safety was inexcusable. After the written notice, a game plan was finally put into action for them to properly assess the extent water damage. The moisture readings in several areas were so high, the machine couldn’t read it. Other ranges were in the high 90s - 50s if I am remembered correctly. The entire ceiling and wall had to be replaced. We had to pay to replace the master bedroom carpet due to “matting,” Matting is a natural process which would be considered as normal wear and tear in high traffic areas. There was also darker areas due to my husband being in the military and wearing boots. The carpet was never attempted to be spot checked to see if the dark spots could be removed/restored to move in condition. I called and left a message for Kesha on Friday to discuss this matter further. It is now Friday (one week later) and my call has yet to be returned, disappointing."
"I just have to say WOW! Moved in last week. I feel like I have bought a high end condo, not rented an apartment. I have the Logan, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Beautiful wood floors, caramel granite in the Gigantic kitchen. I lived in the newest and "greatest" apartments in Town Center, these are much nicer and much higher end. The gym and entertainment areas are first rate! The staff, I can't say enough nice things about, they are incredibly helpful! My biggest concern was the internet, they do their own, I have had the highest tiers of Cox and Verizon, this is faster! Now stop reading this and go rent an apartment!"
