"Bayville is most certainly not high end apartments but it’s definitely not completely trash either. Overall it’s pretty great for the price, Location, pet allowance and Square Footage. But Things haven’t always been perfect, We have lived here for over a year and had issues with the water pressure and temperature control. the master bathroom shower was completely useless since day one, the water pressure was nonexistent unless the water was on full hot, which was literally hot enough to burn you. But now a year and 4 months later it is finally fixed!. A major water leak was found in the apartment directly below us, under the building cement slab. The staff at the front office, Kristi and Sam have been amazing, them along with Andre, the maintenance technician, all worked so hard for us to figure out what was going on. They truly are the only reason why we didn’t break our lease and move out after the first 6 months and they are why we renewed our lease. The 3 of them worked so hard for us and they are what made the extremely frustrating situation for us actually tolerable and we are so grateful to have a staff they actually cares. So I know it sounds weird to be so great full since it took forever to resolve a leak like that. But I know how had it can be to get your managers or owners to approve outside companies to come out and try to figure out what the issue is. Even when they they approval, the plumbers that come out might not know what they’re doing, I lost count of the amount of different vendors that came out to figure out the problem and fix it. My point is that I a truly appreciate Sam, Kristi and Andre’s, constant support and commitment. I don’t blame them for other people incompetence. It’s Their continued efforts to make it right are what makes Bayville a great place to live."
"Apartment made out of paper, noisy neighbors above you in a one bedroom with a kid that stomps and jumps off of things all day, they offered to move apartment, which is more money and extra work to be done. Apartment is beautiful, renovations are very nice staff is pleasant but I suggest getting a second floor apartment unless you’re never home. Need to fix insulation if they want to keep people here."
"Good at first, nightmare now. Constant water issues with leaks, mold, and the accompanying property damage that comes with moisture buildup. The water bill is over double the state average because they don’t measure individual unit usage, just the usage for the entire property so anticipate $150+ any given month. Maintenance team is nice and does their best to help but they are understaffed. Office team is also nice but also understaffed, they get back to you when they can but don’t always have answers. Right now, there are entire buildings without hot water. They’ve been like that for a week and will continue like that through the new year. As older tenants that are fed up with staying here move out, their units get “renovated” with facelift type items and bandaids get put on the real problems until the next unfortunate persons to move in. Best things about the property are the dog park area if you have a pet and the price per square foot is good, but when the water bill is so high it really just balances out to an average price. So move somewhere else more put together with enough competent staff to support your needs and a property that’s not actively falling apart. Edit: Can’t forget about the roaches! No matter how clean you are, they come out frequently enough for me to buy my own industrial strength spray and traps since whoever the office uses doesn’t seem to work that well"

"I love it here!. It's very quiet and a lot of upgrades have been made. This is actually my second time living here. I've been to through 3 rotations of office staff but each one one has been awesome. The staff is kind, patient and understanding. I don't have pets but it's very pet friendly. The maintenance staff is awesome as well. Sometimes it may not be super quick but you'll always be made aware of any delays or why it might be taking a little longer. Very nice community."
