Windsor Lake Apartments

"In my experience this place is great. Neighborhood is relatively quiet, lots of shops near by, the ladies in the office are always so welcoming and answer your questions to the best of their ability. Not too far from the base for any military personnel looking to rent. Any complaints I have is just what comes with living in an apartment, not to many parking options and every once in a while you’ll hear a neighbor through the wall but regardless, they really treat you well here. I have enjoyed my stay here, and if I choose to return it would be a pleasure."

"Pros: Cheaper rent, no hidden fees, nice property managers, and no roaches. This is pretty much a starter apartment. Cons: Paper thin walls, drunk/violent neighbors (the couple under me had weekly verbal/physical altercations), not enough parking, the constant smell of cigarettes, mold/mildew in my unit, people will mess with your vehicle if it looks nice, and I had to go without a fridge AND dryer for over a month."

"I have been a resident of Windsor Lake Apts for the past 7 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The office staff are kind and very helpful. The entire team at this complex, from Maintenance to Management, have always responded promptly to any and all requests/issues that may arise. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located. I plan to stay here for many more years, as it is more than an apartment, it is HOME. I am a lifelong resident of VA Beach and have resided in many other Apartment communities. This one is hands down the best out there. I highly recommend Windsor Lake Apts!"

"Windsor Lake Apartments are the best apartments I have ever lived in. I lived here for 3 years and I have ZERO complaints. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are well kept, the quality of the apartment and amentities are stellar, the neighborhood is safe and it's located in the perfect location, next to everything!!! Extremely convenient. Last but not least, the elementary and middle schools zoned for this neighborhood are great. I wish I could have stayed longer. :)"

"I cannot say enough good things about Windsor Lake Apartments. I have been here almost 2 years and I have not had one issue. The maintenance team gets things take care of in less than 24 hours and the ladies in the front office are so sweet! It's refreshing to finally live in a complex that takes pride in their property and truly cares about their tenants!!"
