"We lived here for almost a year between selling one and buying another house. Kind of pricey, but what isn’t these days? The staff was amazing and always helpful and friendly. We did have what I thought was a large number of maintenance issues in 10 months time, but it was always addressed promptly and fixed right away. We did a lot of walking through the access into Mt. Trashmore park with our dog and we really enjoyed that easy access. Parking was literally never a problem for us or guests, which I feel is normally a big complaint for other complexes. The buildings are pretty old, but well kept up with new paint, replaced any rotting or aging wood, etc. it was clean and pleasant looking all the time. We only left because we bought a home. If we had to stay another year or two I would’ve been fine with it. Overall, it’s a fine place to live. Oh, and lots of access to all shopping and dining you could want, and quick access to the highways. Great area all around, if a bit noisy from the traffic on Holland Road and 264, which could be annoying if you’re trying to relax on the deck outside your apartment."

"Pros: Very good location of the complex and our apartment. Good floor plan. Cons: Atrocious water bill, quality of facilities and repair work, and the female office manager in 2019-2020 (Britney?) who behaved as if she was the one renting, not us. Even people who were ex-military did not want to take up valid concerns with the management."

"I have lived at Shoreline Apartments for 1 year. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me."

"We have lived here for 3 years now and it may be our last because we have outgrown this space as a family, but we will be so sad to leave! The community here has been so wonderful. We love the location, being so central to everything. It's so great being within walking distance of Mt. Trashmore. The Maintenance staff are always so quick to respond and very friendly. The front office has always done a great job at making us feel welcomed and they are so helpful."
