Dove Landing Apartments 5301 Justin Court, Virginia Beach, VA 23462

"I loved Dove Landing my first year their but after that i was having problem after problem and they wasn’t really fixing them. They were charging me for not having rental insurance but i had it the whole time. I had to call them several times to refund me my money for their overcharging several times before they finally did it. I was calling them about insect issues i was having for forever to the point where i bought my own things to get rid of them. But they were charging me monthly for pest control. But then management got enough complaints to the point where they finally wanted to come and do something about it but then they wasn’t giving ample notice of when they were coming. Especially because I’m a single mother who works and goes to school full time. Then i would tell them things need to be fixed in my apartment and they would say they were going to send someone but they never came to fix it. Im so ready for my lease to be up. They were charging me for my rent being late before it was actually late. I been living here for 4 years and it’s just getting worse n worse, management is unorganized and they need to get someone new in there. The front door is supposed to be locked and you can only get in if there is a fob, the door is not locked anymore. Anyone can come in or out. People from other apartment units be coming over and using our laundry room. And it’s only one washer n dryer to an 8 apartment unit."

"I have enjoyed my stay thus far. The complex is well kept, quiet, with maintenance and office staff on the property. Any concerns are addressed immediately. Apartments are well kept and roomy but not sound proof. The tenant above me has some type of medical condition and have equipment used for the condition. The sound is extremely loud and does interfere with the ability to sleep during the hours it runs both during the day and at night."

"Roaches man, just roaches. Nice place but they use a company that sprays and never gets rid of the roaches. I would advise of you are going to move here to do your own debugging. And the spray company will say they coming and never show and you will get additional charges added to your account. Appliances and fixtures are dated. But overall quite neighborhood. And well kept . Just need better bug people."

"Quiet area but the worst apartment complex ever, management is HORRIBLE and the apartments aren’t worth the price. Management CONSTANTLY violates the tenants rights. They don’t give 72 hours prior to entering, violating the law and their lease agreement, they show up as if they pay the rent there lol. If they give you a notice, it’s probably 10hr notice. They don’t make a real effort to fix anything but they’ll surely charge you $100 for being late on the rent. They’ll also charge you a late fee before you’re actually late, because it’s convenient for their schedule. This entire ordeal is disgusting at best. I’m surprised no one has taken legal action yet."

"My husband and I are just moving to this area and after reaching out to multiple companies, we decided to tour a unit here. We had no trouble setting up a date and time that worked for us. When we arrived, we were greeted by Summer and she showed us around the property. We were very impressed by the unit and the pool. She was also able to answer all of our questions about local businesses and schools in the area for our growing family. Thank you for making this process so easy and smooth for us!!"
