The location is close to the interstate. I was able to tour which that in itself was nice because a lot of other communities I went to did not have a model. I am not looking to move officially until March but I will definitely be back and hope they still have the special they have when I am ready to move."

"I have been wanting to write a review for a long time about this apartment community, I finally decided to now that we're finally moving out. 1. I have to start out on a positive note, I am not one to ever write reviews but I felt like this was absolutely necessary. We absolutely love our apartment itself, we have had zero issues with our apartment (thank god.) But you have to deal with the type of people that live in this community. There are a lot of military families that live here but they're not the problem. A lot of partying/drug activity goes on especially when it's nice outside..good luck sleeping (especially for the working class, if you catch my drift.) I don't get a luxury feel from this apartment community at all, in fact I haven't once felt safe here. The VA beach cops are here a lot, and when I say a lot, every day almost. I leave for work extremely early every morning and about a month ago, as I was walking out to my car around 4 am, I walked into a police chase. I was terrified, they had there guns drawn and were chasing whomever they were trying to catch in the community. There has been several instances of this, and we ended up speaking to a cop about this and we asked if this community/area was safe and he stated that he wouldn't live here due to what goes on. If you like being scared walking to your own car at night/early mornings and like smelling weed 24/7 this place is for you. Sadly, we have felt like this from the beginning but we were stuck in a lease. 2. NOTHING in the gym works. Everything is outdated and looks like its gone through a war and back. Very small. 3. The community is dirty 24/7 and when I say dirty I mean filthy. It smells, no one picks up after there pets or trash, there are marks/holes in the hallway walls, etc. It's so dirty that it's embarrassing to invite family and friends over. From the parking lot, to the hallways and stairwells, even the elevator is dirty. My college dorm was kept up better than this. My husband and I moved in July of 2019 and the dirtiness has just gotten worse. The hallway walls have holes and are severely marked up and the carpet is stained, smelly and theres divots in the carpet you sort of "sink in" in certain spots when walking down the hallway. The hallways are very smelly, it smells like a wet basement/mildewy due to our floor (4th floor, top floor) ceiling located by the elevator, always leaking when it rains. Management does nothing to fix this problem, all they do when it leaks is let the carpet sit wet and dry out on its own and paint over the leaked walls and ceiling..perfect place for mold to grow! We really wanted to like living here, it's really close to town center and the oceanfront but please, do not even attempt to try to live in these conditions for $1,200+ a month just for rent. Cleanliness is not a priority to management or the people who supposedly clean here. I will attach pictures that I have taken while living here.
