"Decent enough for me to have lived here for 3 years. Since new ownership, and new management there isn’t much integrity or honesty when dealing with residents. Prior to me informing office that I was moving out, I was given a set rate for month of September. Went up to the office multiple times to verify amount for September’s rent. After I paid my rent they sent me a letter saying I owe an additional $200? I go back to the office (for the 4th/5th time at this point), and manager Mark said leasing manager Dawn “made a mistake”. I understand human error, but you can’t make a mistake like that when dealing with people’s hard earned money, especially in today’s economy. Mark did some simple math, and instead of me owing $200, it’s now $83. So now my price has changed 3 times, and at this point I’m not sure what to believe or if they’re even being honest… The issue isn’t the price (although I’ve been told 3 different prices, all days AFTER rent was due),the issue is lack of communication, and no accountability. I’m taking time out of my day to get clarity on what I owe, and no one said anything until my rent is due, basically forcing me to pay it. Rent is increasing $200, and the complex is not worth it AT ALL. They care more about the lawn care maintenance than the actual apartment. Don’t work an overnight job because the yard workers are there multiple times a week sometimes as early as 7:30am, and they work for HOURS. No new equipment in gym, no in unit washer and dryer, no renovations since 13 years ago and it’s expensive to wash clothes. It’s just NOT worth the almost $1,400 they are charging. Rent at your own risk, but do your own math and check your own pricing, and most importantly keep ALL documents because they aren’t honest. Almost like they’re “punishing” residents for leaving, and adding additional miscellaneous fees…"

"Had an amazing time staying at Waterford Apartments. The grounds were always highly maintained and the staff was amazing and prompt. Our apartment was really nice and well maintained. When we closed out our lease last month, the leasing office was completely honest and transparent about our deposit and there were no shocking fees (I've had this happen several times before by other offices). Highly recommend!"
