"DON'T NOT BRING YOUR LOVED HERE, they are horrible, my disabled mother is living there at this exact moment unable to use her kitchen due to the fact the sink will not drain properly and water and mold is standing at the bottom of sink, and management is unconcerned and won't send anyone to fix it."
"It gave my family member a place to stay. However, it is outdated. The fencing in the back need to be fixed and it needs better lighting around the entire building. Hallways need to be cleaned. As of now the resident dont have a working intercom so the residence dont have to walk down and let people in themselves. It is a senior living community why do the residence need to walk back and forth. There should be a working system in place for the health and welfare of the residence."
"I lived there about five years ago (2013) for a year; what really griped me is when I moved out, I hired professional cleaners for the move out. They did a good job. When they left, I grabbed an appliance light bulb from the counter and put it back into the kitchen drawer thinking that the next tenant might make use of it. When the manager comes in to do a final walk through, she sees the bulb and says the drawer is "dirty" and charges me $20 for it. What a rip-off. I was just anxious to get out of that place, so I didn't say anything so they deducted it from my deposit along with some other dubious charges."
"I love this place for my mom... she’s lived here over a year... grocery store and other shopping in walking distance...This building is secure and peaceful... if you are the social type there’s plenty of activities and if you just want to be left alone this place this place works for you too... the staff is friendly, and the property is clean..."
