"I have been living here for a few months. The ceiling is falling on top of me, it's getting worse by the day and no one is doing anything about it. I've put in multiple maintenance orders, called multiple times, spoke with the rental office, and no one is doing anything. The way I've been given the run around is ridiculous. I hear other people are having similar issues with their units, and with maintenance doing absolutely nothing. This is ridiculous. Don't bother wasting your time or money on this place. I took this apartment because I needed a place to stay. But believe me, when this lease is up, I'm out of here."

"My ceiling has been leaking in living room and bedroom for several months due to issues on the roof and no one has resolved this issue. Also they worked on my bathtub and did not fix the drywall, I still have a hole in the wall around my bathtub."

"I have a Family Member who live there , it a rat & mice promblem in every complex , the rent office think this a joke and it NOT ! It nasty and disgusting, kids live in house , it not fair , no exterminator have came out , something need to get FIXED ASAP & peak living cooperation need to get this issue fix , I reach out to peak living I need somebody get this problem fix"

"These people are so unprofessional and lier that it don't make no since. Maintenance is very lazy. If they were giving these apartments away I would recommend a homeless person to go there."

"Someone needs to replace the two ladies that are in the office very rude , not professional at all came in to ask about information about the apartments and both looked like they didn’t want to help . Do not work somewhere if your going to have a stink attitude when visitors come in and ask for information . I wanted to rent from here but if I have to deal with people like them I rather go somewhere where’s it’s frindly environment"
