"My daughter has lived here for going on 3 years. Very nice townhouse feeling with a garage as a mom I feel good knowing she's in a safe area . And Maintain is always there when she needs them...You put in a work order and it's done within 24 hours."

"My family has lived here for two years —and overall it has been a good experience. The staff truly tries their best to create a sense of community. They host events for the complex —and their Christmas and summer parties are excellent, especially if you have kids. If you have a family and need to rent—I suggest Avondale. It actually feels like they are giving back to you, instead of just taking your money. We are even having a community yard sale—it is awesome. It is pricey, and depending on the unit you get there can be some noise from cars trying to race down centerville, but that noise is not something they can control. This is the best experience I have had with a complex and I have lived in this area my whole life."

"I moved here in October 2020 and just renewed my lease. I love it here! The apartment is very nice and spacious, we have a garage and a drive way so there is plenty of parking if you have guests since there is also on street parking throughout the neighborhood. I sometimes forget this is an apartment complex - it’s more like a condo.The amenities are great and the staff is awesome. I can always depend on all of my maintenance requests to be fulfilled and the maintenance staff are very friendly as well. I looks forward to seeing them on their golf carts everyday. I would recommend anyone to live here!!"

"Beautiful place. The apartments here are utterly amazing. Spacious luxury, great price central location to any direction you want to go.... Just well put together beautifully designed complex. The front office? Awesome! Great customer service.. They actually care about the residents. Kayla is one of the best managers I've ever had to deal with in all my years of living in apartments. She always has a smile on her face, she's kind with alot of positive energy. I wish every complex had a manager like her I recommend living here, quiet peaceful beautiful and HUGE. You'll thank me later."

"I don’t live here but visit frequently. It is a quiet and clean complex. The apartments are nice, but don’t have functional floor plans (if that’s more important to you). For example, what looks like a master bathroom isn’t connected to the master bedroom. They keep the appliances up to date! The garage also has a storage space."
