"I hate this place. I thought it would be nice but I hate it. The bowling alley is always broken, it's not at all kid friendly, no chalk drawings outside and no kid parks but they have a dog park. Doesn't have any place for outdoor water (for cleaning the chalk or washing cars or anything like that. And you think you have an outdoor storage closet on the balcony but when you use it they make you clear it out and they come and lock it so you can't use it. They charge for the key fobs but it's not like you can do without so basically they trap you into buying them. It's more like a retirement community than a family friendly living."

"We were so excited to be moving here. We loved everything about this place, but when we moved in, we were dismayed to see worn and stained carpet that should have been replaced prior to us taking possession. Even after steam cleaning, the carpet is full of stains. It’s also peeling up at the guest bedroom seam. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering we are paying $1600 a month for rent. We probably would’ve stayed here for years, but now we’ve decided we will most likely move when our year lease is up. What a shame, because we really think we would have loved living here long term."
