"Would give 0 stars. If i could . Currently in the process of suing Alvalon townhomes. They served us a letter stating that they werent renewing the lease. After the renewal of the lease.... now were highly educated and knew that what they were doing is illegal.... but we didnt want to be out that hell hole any longer so it was what it was, however they chalked up a bunch of charges that i have turned over to my lawyer and other documents..... they are ragedy and not worth what they cost. Our house got broken into our window was never fixed. The house was falling apart door frames detatching from the walls... wood floors coming up . The back porch area paint is peeling. The bath tub paint peels! Cant even wipe your walls down with out the paint peeling ! management is poor . Soon as you move in the house THINGS are going to fall apart..... THIS PLACE HAS PEOPLE MOVING LEFT AND RIGHT ! PEOPLE BREAKING LEASE JUST TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE THATS HOW BAD IT IS ! PEOPLE NOT STAYING LONGER THAN 60DAYS ! AND DEFINITELY NOT THE WHOLE YEAR.... RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK !"

"Edit/update... I applied for these apartments a month ago the day before Halloween. For 3 weeks they said everything is still pending. Now when I call the office there's no answer, I don't get any call backs to keep me updated. All I can say if this is the treatment I receive and haven't moved in yet, then how would they act after I move in. The next section is pre application. The employees were great. Very knowledgeable about the apartments. I kept asking them question after question and I never felt like they were bothered by me. They were very patient with me."

"Where can I even start? They say move in ready but that is absolutely not the case. Upon first walk through we had noticed bugs. We made it clear we were weary of them due to having electronics. Kayla in the office assured us they were "water bugs" (fun fact they're a really American roaches!! Confirmed by pest control) which is completely misleading and was very uninformed about what was going on with the property. Withing a few days of officially moving all our things in, the upstairs AC has gone out. Which is making living upstairs inhabitable reaching 90F. On top of a water leak in the bathroom, causing damage down to our kitchen now needing to be removed. The clean out drain is needing a cap, which is a health issue for bacteria and insects etc, no unit has one from what we were told (which the plumber even said was a needed thing for the pipe)RUN FROM THIS PLACE. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY"

"I absolutely love the ladies in the office they have always been nice and professional the maintenance team is always very polite and does my orders in a timely manner. I’ve had no issues living here yes the buildings are old but they used to be old military housing. My unit was very clean and well taken care of when we moved in. It’s very quiet can get loud on the weekends when the kids are out of school but hey they are having fun and living their best life’s who am into ruin their fun. Overall it’s not a bad place to live."

"Too many shootings and deaths have happened at this place. We have had bullets through our windows and people break into our screened in porch. Don't move here. The tree fell down on our carport and the city condemned our apartment. The mangers and owners are forcing us to pay rent when our neighbor is not. They are totally unfair and doing illegal stuff"
