"My elderly parent as been living with bed bugs for 8 years, neighbors included . These are kind , caring people who need a healthy safe home to live in. Doesn't anyone inspect and actively rectify the problem? I couldn't visit from out of state as I wouldn't ever Subject my child to it, cost me precious time with my parent . That is shameful and is awful. The Health department should make you do better!"

"Seems to have shady business practices - only giving a day to sign a renewal lease is unheard of. The management team really should take compassion classes for residents with special needs. A friend lives in this community and often has issues where the team displays no compassion or problem-solving skills. Bed bugs are a common issue with some residents and they often travel to other apartments due to not addressing issues promptly unfortunately impacting other's enjoyment of their homes."

"The elderly people that I myself have seen bathroom, shower's over flow every time they 0shower, this means water flows in hallway carpet thin they get moldy, not good"

"I have a couple friends who live out there. It's a small apartment, but nice. Friendly neighbors & I appreciate the common yard where sitting & socializing is welcome."
