"Very poor management and maintenance they can’t keep a Property manager they have had over a 100 people in and out they don’t know what is going on with the property and whenever they get someone in here they put them in a Position to be cussed out or fussed at because of gam Management I moved out here December 2020 they put me on the third floor in May of 2021 my doctor told me I needed to be on the first floor and write a note to them someone in the building I’m in moved out of a first floor and I asked for it with my doctor note the unit set a whole year and two months thin they moved somebody in the unit two more units are available now I asked for to be moved still to today they have not moved me my lease is up but it’s no one in the office to turn in a vacate notice, or try to renew a lease, but I do not want to renew a lease they will hire a contractor to turn the unit when people move out of the unit they get the Property manager or leasing consultant and supposed to be maintenance Bobby to paint and fix anything but all they do is spot paint they don’t clean the walls before they paint or nothing and then the paint no match. The walls is 24 shades of gray. Bobby get drunk and crackheads off the street and come help him turn over the apartments"

"When they rebuild the apartments they didn’t wrap the vents nor did they insulate the windows causing mold. They’re only solution to their occupants is to keep their house warm or hot during the summer as to not create precipitation in the vents. Whenever there’s an emergency too good luck getting a hold of someone. We’ve been without working ac for months at a time because the people they keep hiring lack managerial skills needed to perform this job. Their incompetency devalues this property it’s not worth it promise"

"Management is horrible, they don’t care about the conditions of apartments . Trash everywhere, loud music, fighting, police are always out here for something. Unsafe to raise children, I’ve had to take make complaints to the BBB about the way this property handled my departure; inaccurate and fraudulent charges etc…do your research pay a little more to live in a safe environment! Fights and commotion and dogs on the stair wells constantly."
