"Dr.Rasnick There Is Awesome!!! She Is Sweet And Understanding And Knows What She Is Doing!!! She Is Very Professional!!! I'm Glad That I Started Going Here Because They Helped Me In An Emergency Situation!!!"
"Dr. Keene and staff were great as always. Rescheduled my appointment on the same day after I’d forgotten my first."
"Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr Amy Keene at this office. At our first visit, she did not introduce herself when she came into the room so I had to google afterwards to find out who I had seen. I overlooked that because it is a busy office; however, at the second visit Dr Keene made a very rude and condescending remark and then proceeded to wait until we reached the check out desk to report personal health information to me that had been sent to her by my referring physician. This area was in full view and ear shot of the reception staff and lobby. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Envision in Abingdon, Va."
"I would never recommend this location. The nurses and doctor were great with my two sons. The experience I had with ordering their glasses couldn't have been worse. I paid around $300 for glasses that are worthless. Both of my son's lenses pop out randomly but I was told this doesn't happen by their office staff. The representative for the company who makes the frames said this should never happen as they are made for children and meant to hold up to the normal use of a toddler. I took the glasses in and dropped them off after dealing with a woman who obviously didn't want to help or believe me. The next week I was told they would have to send them in and it would take over two weeks to get them back, or I could deal with it. Because one of my son's vision is so bad and he needs to wear them to prevent his vision from getting worse, I had to go pick them back up without a solution. I was told by the manager they don't pop out unless you force them out. I have watched my son's lenses pop out while he was pulling his shirt off and one popped out while we were riding a go cart. I'm not sure why the frames had to be sent off this time when they didn't have the frames at the time the lenses were cut. Why they are not willing to accommodate a customer and just have some new lenses cut is beyond me. If they cared about customers there would obviously have been a solution. I have wasted my time and money here. Both of my kids will need glasses the rest of their life but never again will they be from here."
"What an amazing group of folks! We have three kids and they handled them all three without too much wait in between. They provide the best selection of affordable glasses for insurance packages and provide a good package for private pay! Very professional, courteous and the place is clean and very pleasant! We found our eye care home. Thanks Envision. Jenn Bailey (I used my partners online profile)."
