"I spent quite a bit of time with my Father here in 2022. He had multiple hospital stays at this hospital. Each time it was a different experience. The first stay in 2022 he was treated well in ICU. They treated him like he mattered. We stayed a week that time. The next stay was over 3 weeks. When they figured out he wasn't going to get better it's like they swept him to the side. They let him lay in feces and he smelled. I spoke with case managers and nursing supervisors and it never got any better. My father made the choice to come home on hospice and he passed 3 days later after coming home. If I could give this place a negative star I absolutely would. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. I would bypass it and go somewhere else. Never again."
"If I could give this place negative stars I would my 82 year old grandma went in their for pneumonia they kept her for so many unnecessary days they didn’t do anything but make her issues worse they put a picc line in and they put it in wrong and punctured her vein and it caused a blood clot and now she’s back at the hospital getting that fixed also let’s not forget before they moved her to a room the nurses treated her horrible the nurse that moved her had long nails and no gloves on and ripped her poor skin off her arm and is still bleeding and bruised all the way up her arm after almost a week they put another picc line in today in her arm that the nurse cut her skin her doctor was rude as could be treated her horrible yelled at her JEFF BLANKENSHIP is the one who messed up her picc line and made the blood clot the worst hospital ever!!!! ADAM LEVIN will hear about this legal actions will be taken!!!"
"Nurses were great, I would give them 5 stars! Spent one whole day in er room, even after being admitted to hospital. Dr. Wagner was great give her 5 star. Dr. Ray held up my moms release, knowing weather was terrible, and we had to travel a long ways through the mountains home. Was the hold up for reasons of greed I don't know. At first it was overnight, and then tomorrow, and then one more day, and here we are, waiting on this man to let us out. If something happens to me and my mom on our drive home through the mountains the administration should be held responsible."
"Brought my 93 yr old mother in after a fall and possible fractured arm. 3 hours later and a torturous imaging session without pain meds, we are still waiting for our greasy, long-haired doctor to do something, anything to help her. It’s the third world here. One of the nurses has a deep, persistent cough. Pretty horrifying all around."
"I would give the ER a zero if I could. They have really went down hill in the care that they give their patients. I went with someone I know who had a warm hard spot develop near a feeding tube. We were told not to give her any nutrition in case they did a CT scan with contrast. We had been sitting in the ER waiting room for 3hrs and still had not been seen by a Dr. They had other patients come in the ER after us that was called back before us. When we asked the nursing staff how much longer it would be she rudely responded that the patient was not acute and it would be 4hrs or longer. She also proceeded to tell us that we should have took her to a doctor's office and we told her the doctor is who sent her to the ER. We also let the nurse know that other patients had been called back before us and the nurse stated that one person in the waiting area had been waiting for 7 1/2 hrs. Another elderly lady on oxygen had also been waiting for 5hrs and they were making a young pregnant woman wait for longer then 4hrs. The Waiting area also needed cleaned up from dirt and mud bring all over the floor. I highly recommend that you take your loved ones somewhere else and avoid this ER altogether."
