"Horrible and unprofessional. I've had several appointments scheduled for my 9 year old, I had to cancel one due to her illness but I gave them greater than 24hrs notice (I've worked in physician's offices before, so I know how this works!) We had two that she was actually seen, THEY canceled one back in December, the dentist's husband called me before 7am from their home and said someone would call me to reschedule (they didn't), so when I called them a couple days later to do so myself, I got a "we'll have to discuss it with the doctor and we'll call you back" (they didn't). Today I got another phone call to cancel ANOTHER appointment! We will be finding someone else even though our insurance prefers this provider. I will be letting our insurance know about this as well so they'll take her off their preferred provider list."
"Waited in the car for almost 2 hours after we checked in. My young son, who hadn't been to the dentist in a while was also asked to go by himself with strangers. I understand Covid restrictions. I'm still going to go with him. If you want an appointment in the afternoon, forget it. They have a strict schedule for who they'll see when--if they happen to be open. Be prepared to have your appointment moved or cancelled a day beforehand, regardless of whether or not you asked for the time off of work three weeks ago. I feel like their taking advantage of people who need their kids to be seen sometime in the next two years. The dental system in this area is ridiculous..."
"The office has some cool stuff for kids while they're waiting to be seen but it is absolutely not worth what you have to put up with from the staff. The receptionist wasn't very nice and friendly but she wasn't horrible either. She just seemed snooty. My 5 year old was getting xrays and my 3 year old started whining because we had been waiting for an hour to be seen. I was walking down the hall carrying her while my husband stayed with my son. I walked to the end of the hall and we were talking about an Olaf cut out they had when the office manager came out of a room and very rudely and condescendingly told me I needed to go stay with my son. My son ended up needing to have general anesthesia and I had to take him to his pediatrician to get a physical before the surgery. The pediatrician said he couldn't have it at that time due to a cough and sent that info to Dr. Rollins office. I also called and told them. Around 2 weeks went by before his cough started to subside. This is when we found out that they had canceled my son as a patient because we didn't call back soon enough to reschedule his surgery. It's like they literally got mad that we followed his doctor's orders. I've never been to a care provider that treated their patients as poorly as the whole staff, in general, does at this office. You get the feeling when you're talking to them that if you don't or can't do exactly what or how they would like, they won't see you. I honestly don't know how they're still in business."
"Worst dentist I've ever been to in my life the so called dental assistant literally tried to pull my son out of my arm's while I was trying to comfort him and assure him it was ok to go back by himself and she scared him even more pulling on his arm like he was NOTHING all while yelling that she had work to do and didn't have time for his crying and he was 3 year's old! Out of motherly instinct I told her to take her hands off my son and she still tried to convince me he had to go back that I wouldn't receive a refund because my son was "a cry baby momma's boy" as she said I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their children to this dentist because the first time you can go back but the second your not allowed to know anything the receptionist is completely rude when I asked for my money back due to the assistant's actions when she finally gave me my refund I watched the same assistant do the same thing to 2 other children!! They may have all the fun and playful thing's for children to be amused but the service and respect is awful. Don't buy into the fun kid friendly dentistry it's far from that after the first visit."
"I cannot speak to the skill and demeanor of the dentist, but I have never been so poorly treated by an Office Manager in my life, and that is not hyperbole. I had to call to reschedule my son's first appointment with this office because he has severe environmental allergies that often times will flare up and keep him from being able to attend school, sporting events, etc. I spoke with a member of the front office staff who was very pleasant. At this particular time, I was told that I would need to produce a note from a doctor's office stating he was too ill to attend his dentist appointment. I told them he would not be attending the doctor today as he attended urgent care the day before, but I could send them the note that he received to excuse him from school. I was then told they wouldn't be able to accept that, and would not be able to take my son as a patient AT ALL unless he kept his 2pm appointment. I then asked to speak with the office manager so I could look into the reasoning behind such a strict and inflexible scheduling policy. This man was rude. I am a hard person to anger, but he treated me from the first moment as a hostile customer in spite of my demeanor and calm inquiries. He told me that they saw kids with allergies all the time and that my son needed to keep his appointment, and he raised his voice as he was telling me this. I informed him of the degree of my son's allergies, and that even the school system understood, and he was unmoved. He continually interrupted me, referred to his staff as "my girls" which signaled to me a distinct lack in professionalism, and kept speaking to me as if I were an insolent child trying to break the house rules. I work for a nationally traded company in a large office building with a huge staff, and we serve over 10,000 employees companywide. I would never dream of speaking to someone the way this man spoke to me. I really do feel sorry for the nice women I spoke to earlier, as I imagine they have to deal with his staggering lack of professionalism on a daily basis. My son has dental insurance, I have a good job, and we will be taking our years of future dental work and braces elsewhere."
