"I had zero issues with my actual doctor, Dr. Patel. He has always been very friendly and explained everything very well WITH diagrams. However, the staff is awful. When you call they act like they have better things to do and rush you off of the phone. Every single time. They are all unpleasant. I was out of a medication and the bottle strictly states "do not miss a day and do not stop on your own." Knowing I had a daily medication that I could NOT miss, they still wouldn't get me an appointment for 5 more days and I had NO medication and NO clue I needed an appointment to get a refill because they do zero follow up calls. My Pharmacy had tried NUMEROUS times to reach the office and the office never called them back. After being transferred too many times I spoke with some nurse and she stated I would be fine not taking the medication for 5 days like it was no big deal. I called my primary care doctor AND my pharmacist and they completely disagreed and both offered to refill it for me because of the lack of attention from this office. It is beyond me why a nurse would tell me I was fine to not take the medication for a whole 5 days with warning labels all over it stating DO NOT MISS and then 2 other professionals disagreeing with that. That's an issue! Dr. Patel deserves a much better staff. I manage a customer service department and this staff needs training 100%."

"Doctor was fine, but the office lied about the price of a procedure. I have no problem with mistakes, but I believe a business should own up to them. I would have never subjected myself to this silly procedure if it was not covered. My advice is to find an office with better ethics; someone who will spend time finding out what your real bill will be. Now I’m forced to file a lawsuit, which isn’t fun for anyone."
