"The doctors are great. But the office staff is a joke. My son went In for an 18 month appointment. They failed to get his file(they had months to get it) they didn’t tell me until we showed up for the appointment. The ladies at the front needs to be educated on how to handle a child with sensory issues. The fact I got the mean mugged by the white lady in the front because my two year old won’t wear a mask because of sensory issues is a joke!!!"

"Waited for 45 minutes to be seen. We were the only patient waiting then to go back and see a litteral ghost town of no patients nor staff! The doors were all open so it can't be said they rooms were full of patients. Staff area completely empty. One staff at reception and a very nice nurse in back helping. We've gone to Pediatric Specialists for years at the Norfolk location and never had this experience. Very odd."
