She processed the CT and gave it to me promptly (immediately following the ultrasound). They’re now a part of Chesspeake General Hospital which is also outstanding."
"Made an appointment in November for the Clearfeild Av location in VA Beach. The appointment was for Dec 14. Received a confirmation text on the 13th for the VA Beach locarion. Lateer on the 13th I noticed I had missed a call from MRI CTN message left. I called them back only to find out I had to go to the Chesapeake location."

"My recent experience here was only positive. This facility is beautiful, clean & welcoming. Maria at the front desk was very kind and helpful reviewing the paperwork with me. Joseph, the tech assisting me during the scan, was also helpful and explained everything clearly. The standout for me was the Lead Receptionist, Tracey. I had asked her a question as I entered about a completely different issue than my CT & she went out of her way to find me the answer. I can’t thank her enough for all her efforts. All of the staff I encountered had a ready smile & are a true asset to this place."
"The only pleasant experience here was the technician who actually conducted the test. My out of pocket expense was $600. I made a payment at the time of the visit. They told me they made a mistake and had to refund it. When I received the bill, they do not have online payment, so I had ended up calling them at work to make a phone payment. They provided an 877 number via voicemail. Nobody ever answers the phone…..ever. I call this number. The number is not working. I call the original number back and leave a message. I never receive a call back. So I go to their website and send an email asking for help via their “contact me” link. I get no response. I call the number back a different day, again, no answer. I left another message. I finally fill out the bottom portion of the bill for $200 and mail it in. Several weeks later, I still don’t see the money off my HSA account. At that time, I had a family situation that required me to take care of a family member that lives 2 hours away so commuting back and forth, I wasn’t able to focus on anything else. I get another bill the end of July. Still with the $600 balance. I mail in another $300 payment. Here it is the end of August and the money still has not been taken off my HSA account. (Neither has the $200 I sent previously). I call again today. Again with the 877 number so I tried it again. The number works this time but again NO ANSWER. I leave a message. I’m sure my tone was irritated with an attitude basically begging someone to please call me. I’ve been trying for months. I would like to make a payment. In spirit of this whole experience, a lady calls me back as I’m driving through the tunnel at rush hour. I picked it up, it was the same number I dialed. She asks me if I called and left voicemails, I said yes 3 of them. She says they’ve never received voicemails from me and she will not take my payment. I need to contact the collection agency. WHAT??? I told her I’ve not been able to reach anyone, i would like to pay my bill. She says I’ve not tried to get ahold of anybody. I say yes I did. She says no you didn’t. At this point, this is a children’s argument and I’m driving. I hang up the phone. So at the end of the day, she’s sending me to collections. What other recourse do I have. Any number connected to billing and payment goes to voicemail. The only person calling me back calls me a liar and argues with me like a child. A bad review is basically the only thing left I can do. When I receive that collections call, I’ll be sure to update how much I will be paying now. The doctor I went to gave me a choice of who I wanted to do these tests……next time I will be choosing Sentara and I recommend to anybody needing and MRI or CT to choose someone else."
