"Dr. Castillo is great and has been very helpful, but, getting anything done through the front office has been a nightmare. Any time you need a prescription or something done with the insurance company it takes MULTIPLE calls to get it resolved. I have spent way too many hours dealing with them and finally have to move on to another office. I would highly recommend avoiding this office solely based on the inept front office."

"Tried setting an appointment up twice, was assured both times that they send an email and call for appointment reminders, both times I missed the appointment because they made absolutely no contact about the appointment."

"Saw Dr Guzman after originally scheduling with Dr Castilla no one told me of the change. His bedside manner is appalling, didn’t ask me about my symptoms, or any questions, brushed my concerns away. Told me my results from Oct 2018 (now Jan 2021) indicated no issue and didn’t even know why I was in the office. I tried to discuss my lab work I took with me about certain female hormone levels and he just said it’s not what he deals with. Left feeling frustrated one for him being so rude and uncaring. Secondly, because I had a specifically scheduled an appointment with a female Dr who was recommended and waited 2.5 months for said appointment to have this Dr walk in the room who made me feel like everything was in my head and I had wasted his time. His answer giving me a card to a weight loss clinic. Truly awful."
