"Very bizarre experience. Scheduled an appointment online several days in advance. Was familiar with the building but could not locate the suite. Literally searched for 20 minutes and couldn’t locate it. Attempted to both call and text the number on the website for help but got no response. I finally located the office which we not marked by a office number but the lights were off (hence why I couldn’t locate it) in both the hallway that lead to it and in the office itself. There was days worth of mail laying on the ground both on the outside of the office and under the door almost as if it had been and abandoned. Still have had absolutely no follow up by way of email or phone about what happened. Very strange. Not going back"
