"The Best Team of the Medical Group. I'm not good with names, so the bookkeeper handles the paperwork is knowledgeable and experienced. She is the best receptionist I have seen and their nurse is always smiling and accurate with the information that I even forget. The Lady who helped me with a blood draw was very quick and excellent without a noticeable needle and I feel like I can discuss anything with Dr. Luisa. She listens carefully and comes up with the best answers for me. I feel very comfortable in this clinic. I'm assured that I can trust them when I need medical attention."

"Visited for a physical. I wanted something close by and read good reviews of Louisa. Front staff was nice and helpful. Louisa was nice but dismissive, in my opinion. She kept saying we needed to keep it strictly a physical (prob for billing) but then she billed it as something different based on my bill post insurance. I felt like she wasn’t really listening to what I was saying- the entire time just felt rushed and pushed aside. I realize it was my first time there and we couldn’t cover too much ground, but jeez. Also a little thrown by the Bible’s in the waiting room and the cross on the treatment room wall. Cancelled my follow up and will not be returning."

"Was seen in this office for a yearly physical. Appointment was on time and efficient. My blood work was drawn at the office and it was available to me online in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend."

"If I can do less than 1 I would do. This place is a joke its all about how to collect money. I went for my annual and its supposed to be 100% covered meaning no co pay but Dr. Luisa made up a claim that she consulted me with additional health issue. And recently they sent me a No Show bill for an appointment that I did not make. No phone call to remind if I had any upcoming appointment but just sent me a $50 bill really???? I am not responsible for false claim. I am just so over with this practice. Rip off and finding ways to bill customers, all about money!!!!-"

"Dr. Luisa is great! She is thoughtful and and very personable. She consults without judgement and responded to all my concerns very professionally. Her office is very proactive with follow ups, because not long after my visit I received a text alert from the specialist's office (recommended by Dr. Luisa) to book my appointment. I would have otherwise put this appointment off for longer, so I appreciate her office keeping ahead of the curve to make sure I get all my check-ups done and taken care of."
