"Dr Usman Khan was friendly and patient. I explained my symptoms and he carefully listened and offered his diagnosis. I told him that I needed a new primary care doctor because the one I had been seeing is too far away. I feel confident and secure with Dr Khan as my new PCP."
"I recently had a visit with Dr. Usman T Khan in late October. I interacted with the doctor for all of 10 minutes. I received a flu test and a covid test, both came back negative. I was then prescribed antibiotics for a sinus infection. In that appointment, Dr. Khan mentioned how our healthcare system has been monetized. I agreed with him and went about my day. Thinking to myself, "Wow, he was very personable and down to earth." 2 weeks later, we received a bill in the mail for $303. My husband and I are both teachers and we have great insurance with the county we work for. Dr. Khan was able to charge $466.00 for his services. I repeat, he was able to bill us $466.00 for writing a prescription and speaking with me for a whopping 10 minutes. Mind you, I told him I had a sinus infection. All I needed was basically a signature to get a prescription. The entire visit cost us almost $700, precisely $676. I understand the $150 charge for the rapid covid and flu tests (not complaining about that). THANKFULLY we have great insurance so we owe $300. This urgent care was in network for us too. I honestly think Dr. Khan should do some self reflection. How can you charge patients that much money? It's disgusting. Now my family is left with a $300.00 bill all because you are choosing to charge patients a crazy amount for your services. I will obviously never be going to this place again. Thanks for really working for the people Dr. Khan, you should feel very proud for providing affordable healthcare to people."
"Dr. Khan is a good listener and took care of my physical and medical concerns. Looking forward to having him as my primary doctor."
"I kept coming here because of its convenience and the wait time is minimal…it really is never busy. Dr. Khan is really good, too…never had a bad experience with him. Because of these reasons I can’t give it a one-star rating. During my annual physical, they gave me a survey which asked if I felt tired. I said yes because I have three young kids and I work full-time, so of course I am tired! The doctor (can’t recall his name) then marked in my chart, without telling me, that I am depressed…what?! Despite this, I still went back and they ended up fixing my chart. I end up being sick a lot because my kids bring home all the germs, so I found myself with some weird skin rash. Without swabbing/testing the area, the nurse practitioner prescribed me an anti-fungal medication which ultimately landed me in the emergency room as I had a terrible reaction to it. She had completely misdiagnosed me…I had strep. The next offense, I went in with a nagging cough and a lot of sinus pressure. I am prone to sinus infections, as I told them. Ignored me, sent me home with no antibiotic…had said cough for over a month! The last strike with this place…I go in with a sore throat that feels like I am swallowing nails where I suspected strep throat. They did a swab, the doctor flashed a light in the back of my throat…didn’t actually look at all but said my throat didn’t look red. Whatever testing they do is worse than those free COVID tests they sent in the mail…my test came back negative and the doctor sent me home telling me it’s just a viral infection. I can clearly see the redness in my throat PLUS this disgusting white patch near my right tonsils. Had to go to a totally different urgent care to get the right diagnosis. This place is a joke!"
"Great first appointment. The staff and Dr. Khan put me at ease and I will do everything that I can to follow their advice and live a longer, happier life."
