"The office is run down and dingy. The assistants and staff lack coordination, direction, and competence. They scheduled a 2-week follow-up in-office per the MD's recommendation, only to call 24hrs prior to reschedule because the MD would not be there. On a day and time they'd provided her availability for. The lab had a leak, which ruined my blood samples and resulted in me needing to get blood drawn twice in a two-day period. The nursing staff are cold and lack proper rapport. Maybe if you need a physical and don't mind having to come in twice to get it, then this is fine. However, if you desire quality long term care for you and your loved ones and have standards, keep looking."

"Pierce is lovely, but coordination with office staff is intolerable. They were supposed to help my husband get a follow-up scan (colonoscopy) and despite multiple calls, we have not been successful. He also had an appointment for an acute illness and when he went in they told him they could not take him because no medical staff were in and rescheduled him for a month out... which was totally pointless."

"Absolutely awful. The people scheduling appointments have no idea what they are doing. I’ve been a patient for 4 years. Recently got pneumonia and needed a follow up appointment. Was first told I was considered a new patient and probably couldn’t be seen. Told them I wasn’t a new patient. Then the idiot realized that was true. Told me the only thing available was an appointment a week and a half out."

"I’m very frustrated with this office. I made appointments for my two children and myself 3.5 months ago to establish care once we moved to the area; the first available was 4 months from the initial phone call. I was informed last week that there are no providers that can see anyone under 6 which is extremely frustrating, because I am now way behind to get appointments to establish care in the area. The receptionist was extremely rude when I questioned why no one informed me of this, and she was adamant they called and left messages throughout June and July. They called 6/30, 7/3, and 7/5 and didn’t leave a message until 7/5. No apologies or attempt to understand the position they put us in was made. I won’t be bringing my older child or myself to this office."
