"Dr. Nsouli is absolutely the kindest and most brilliant Dr. I have ever met! He goes above and beyond to seek medical treatment that greatly increased my quality of life. I was frustrated after going doctor to doctor looking for someone who could help me with my severe allergic reactions and finally I found a gifted physician who listened, provided so much empathy, ran very thorough tests that no one else had ever ordered, and discovered a reason for all my problems with a new diagnosis and treatment plan that is very effective and life changing! "Our son was diagnosed with multiple food allergies at another allergist, but the other allergist was difficult to work with. A friend recommended Dr. Abou-Jaoude and she has been great so far! She is so welcoming and easy to talk to, and of course, she's incredibly knowledgeable. Perhaps most importantly, she goes above and beyond for her patients. We have been trying to get an appointment at Johns Hopkins Pediatric Allergy Center, but the soonest available appointment was 6+ months out. Dr. Abou-Jaoude personally reached out to Hopkins on our behalf to ask them to squeeze us in. Thanks to her call, we were able to get an appointment for the next day. As one of the previous reviews mentioned, I have had some issues with the front desk with appointments not being in the calendar or payments not being completed after giving them the information needed. However, they have also been great in other ways, such as their responsiveness to my emails and/or form requests. They are also taking proper COVID precautions, which helps me feel very comfortable taking my son (especially since he is too young to be vaccinated)."

"I can't say their receptionists are very professional. Made appointment over the phone. Took my kids there and was told there was no appointment in their computer. Had to reschedule. Happened THREE times!! We now learned to call in and double check the appoint before we go. Needed EpiPen auth form for school and asked questions over the phone, the lady on the phone got really impatient and even a little bit rude. Put me on hold multiple times. I'll still take my kids there since it's really close to my house and the doctors and nurses are all nice. But I really hoped they can find better receptionists."
