"Dr. Kristine Thompson is nothing but a quack and she show no empathy towards her patients. My son was a patient went to her for having panic attacks and he went on leave from work and Dr. Thompson would not fill out his forms for short term disability because he wasn't a patient for 6 months or longer. My son lost his job and now his condition his worse. Dr. Thompson did nothing to help just prescribed my son to a bunch of meds and wouldn't actually assist him with his sedgwick paperwork now he is jobless more depressed and his anxiety and panic attacks are worse. Do not seek help from this doctor."
"Do NOT schedule here. I went to Melissa Montalbine for anxiety after my doctor retired and she recommended ingesting lavender and essential oils. Would NOT recommend"
"Do not go here they do not help you at all! Put me on meds I went to get disability paper work filled out and the said they couldn't fill it out! Kristine Thompson is a joke of a psychiatrists. No compassion no willingness to help there patients."
"Similar issues as those mentioned above. I work 40+ hours a week and sometimes it is very hard for me to get a day off to come in and wait an hour OR MORE for a scheduled appointment, to refill medication I HAVE TO HAVE. I go through severe with drawl if I miss my anxiety medication. There is no sympathy here. Thank goodness the receptionist Heather is gone. She was rude and condescending. I have had the same problem multiple times with needing my medication refilled ( It is not a narcotic) but I have to be seen in order for that to happen. Currently, I need 2 pills to hold me over until my next appointment and they are charging me TWENTY DOLLARS to do this. That is ridiculous. And If I run out oh well. After my next appointment I will be leaving this practice as it is obvious they do not care about their patients."
"A depressing industrial machine that will make you lose faith in humanity as well as our health care system if not health care in general. I've suffered this agency for 3 years and I can't explain why. Every time you make an appointment plan to take a drug screening. Not because you are a risk for using any drugs but just because they will bill you an extra $150 for the lab work. In addition to the hidden $150 cup piss charge you will most likely be told that your appointment was the prior day or week. It wasn't actually scheduled prior to your arrival but they'll add a $50 missed appointment fee never the less. Depend on any appointment having at least a $90 fee that must be paid in cash up front before you will be seen. Over the last three years I have had anthem, optima, and reliance insurance. It won't matter, I promise your insurance will not cover this discredited crackpots. And please FOR THE LOVE OF GOD don't take your kids to these barbaric callus monsters. Also know it's not unusual to show up for your appointment to be told your doctor is no longer with them and you'll have to schedule another appointment a month or further out."
