"Pharmacy department issue. my daughter went to the doctor and went to Walgreens to get her prescription filled they looked up her insurance put info in the system and told her to return later that evening to pick it up. we get there to pick it up first he stated she wasn't in the system then after being given further info and me almost losing my cool he stated, "oh we don't take this insurance". why couldn't they call and tell us this, no why didn't they tell us this when we dropped it off wasting my time unnecessarily I will never do business there again pharmaceutical or any other this was unacceptable"
