Our customer service rep tracked it down and was able to get someone there to help us load up. Overall a pleasant experience, especially this close to Christmas."

Was quoted a price for the installation but, when I went to the store to pay I was quoted that price per door, $235 per door seems outrageous! I cancelled everything! I'm doing flooring and painting so that wasn't in my budget. Wish I had known before a trip to the store. ☹️"

"I recently visited the Home Depot on Jefferson Davis Hwy in Chester, and overall, I had a pretty good experience. The garden center was definitely the highlight of my trip. They had a ton of colorful plants and products that would make any outdoor living space feel like a whole vibe. The customer service rep at the front of the store was incredibly helpful and did a phenomenal job of multitasking and explaining all the policies. I was in and out in no time, which was great because I had a lot of other things on my to-do list that day. In terms of finding what I needed, I usually have no problem at this location. However, lately, I've noticed that the shelves are often picked over and not restocked as frequently as they have been in the past. This has made it a bit harder to navigate the store and find what I need. Additionally, the store doesn't seem quite as organized as it has been in the past, which can make the shopping experience a bit overwhelming. Overall, I would say that the Home Depot on Jefferson Davis Hwy is a great place to go if you're looking for gardening supplies or need to rent a van. The garden center is definitely ramped up for the season, and the customer service is excellent. However, if you're looking for specific items, it's worth keeping in mind that the shelves may not be as well-stocked as you'd like."
