"I love the care my children gets, However I just wish she'll listen to concerns more.. Also I got a call from the them saying I have to find a new pediatrician because Dr.bibay was retiring, Well my entire family are patients of hers I'm the only one that received that call. I feel lied to and singled out.. I need answers to why I was told this"

"Called to make appt with for my daughter as new patient. Lady on phone make a fake appt for 6:45pm for a very sick person. Office closed at 5pm. No one to answer phone, and doctor did not cal me back when I called. Very unprofessional. I will be at office tomorrow to raise hell. Not a good first impression."

"Terrible. Made my friends daughter sick from giving her too many shots , including ones she had already taken that did not need to be given twice. Should be sued."

"She is a great doctor and the nurses there are great as well. If yiu need your child seen right away they will definitely accommodate you.The only issue I have is the establishment is not clean and needs to be renovated. I have approached her several times about this issue. Other than that I believe the staff looks out for the well being of the child."
