"If you care about your health DO NOT COME HERE! I have a 3 month old that still hasn’t received his 2 month checkup with the immunizations. When we went for the appointment the front desk asked us (the parents) what shots he needs, I would assume that’s something they should know or ask Dr. Beverly. Then said they don’t have the shots in the office and that my baby is being put on a waitlist for his immunizations. My significant other (20-male) also goes to see this office and has been since he was young and has explained his issues (headaches, nausea, and getting frequently lightheaded) to Dr. Beverly and all the doc does is write off prescriptions instead of finding the root of the issue, on top of writing a 20 year old 15 prescriptions Dr. Beverly sent them to 3 different pharmacies. My significant other made sure to let him know which pharmacy because the office has sent his medicine to a pharmacy 3 hours away before which left my significant other without a month supply of his ADHD medication. Dr. Beverly is a kind doctor but I believe he has too much on his plate to care for patients who depend on him for their everyday needs."

"Would not recommend this place for children, the elderly, anyone who needs to be able to reach their doctor with any kind of concerns. Anyone who needs proper medical documentation, their vital signs taken correctly, vaccines given in the right area, etc. Doctor Beverly is professional and knowledgeable but the office staff is incompetent, they hardly ever return your calls, it takes months to get an appointment. If you take your health seriously find somewhere else to go. I had to move my elderly mother from here, my husband left, and now I will be moving my children."

"Firstly, Dr. Beverley is lovely. He is kind and attentive. However, I would warn that, if possible, you seek an alternative office for your medical needs. The office itself is completely incompetent. It takes between 10-20 calls to get anyone on the phone. It takes between 5 and 10 voicemail messages to receive a call back regarding any medical questions, prescription issues, or for scheduling. My insurance has sent over an authorization form 5x to the office. After calling for several days in a row, I finally reached a person, I was curtly told “the doctor has 3 days to sign it from when received.” Great, that would mean it is now 11 days past the date it was received the first time, 7 days after the second and so forth. It has been two weeks. My insurance has even recommended I find someone new, because they can’t get ahold of them either. I understand they are busy, but even being busy, they owe their patients a modicum of professionalism and kindness."
