"Worst office ever! Lied to me and told me my kids insurance doesnt cover immunizations in the office and sent them to the pharmacy. The pharmacy call the insurance and was told if they are under 19 it has to be done in the office (which i already knew). So I called back and the story changed to they dont order immunizations and she put me on hold but didnt mute the phone an i can hear the nurses saying the doctor doesnt order them because the insurance doesnt pay enough for them! Regardless that shouldve been explained to me before I drove 45 minutes and had their physicals done only to not be able to get the shots they need for school! Sorry excuse for an office and staff are a bunch of unprofessional liars! I will NEVER step foot in this office ever again and will be reporting them to my insurance company and the BBB!"

"Will never take my children here again the staff are lazy and always on their cell phones. When I went to go pick up papers the lady at the window side eyed me. The doctor and the nurse that took my children's vitals(very nice older black women) are the only ones that knew how to do their job. If they took out everyone else it would be a nice place"
