"This is one of the best mental health agencies hands down. When I first called them I did not meet criteria for those services however the owner of the organization took the initiative to still help me with what I was going through by referring me to another reputable business that was able to help me. Weeks after they would still call me to check on how everything was going and I really felt supported. Later on I had a family member who was in the hospital for their mental health and I called to get guidance and they were able to work with my cousin. They emailed me a release of information and even before he was released from the hospital hidden roots had all hands on deck to coordinate with the hospital team for his plans once he was sent home. Since then my cousin has been more stable and he has a great relationship with his worker from hidden roots. He is working now and able to manage his moods. They have always been so professional and you can tell they really care about the members in their community. If your looking for help let this be your first place to call because even if they can’t help you through their agency they will definitely point you in the right direction.
