"I had an appointment scheduled for a Wednesday, got a call on a Tuesday stating I missed it, the receptionist made the appointment again for Wednesday stayed on the phone with her make sure it went through confirmation the appointment was at 10:10 Wednesday show up to the office they had my appointment on the wrong day again! Wanted me to wait an hour and a half or come back four hours later, when I called to speak to the receptionist she was beyond rude and said well what do you want me to do for you!"
