"Love all the providers we have seen here, and we have seen many of them. I've been able to make same day sick appointments multiple times and not left to wait in the waiting room or exam room forever. I don't think we've ever waited more than 5 mins past an appointment time for well or sick visits. All the nursing staff have been great too. Honestly, the reception area is a hit or miss. I've had great people to answer the phone, and I've had a rude person answer the phone and made to feel like I was wasting her time. I have an idea of who that person is, and try to avoid her at check in. We drive about 40 mins to this practice and I was so happy to know they made rounds at St. Francis Medical Center, so when both of my boys were born, those were the doctors that cared for them."

"The front desk ladies are so rude and unprofessional… We love Abigail Easter, she is always smiling and cares about our kids. As for the front desk ladies, they need training, this is a place of business and customer service is a must. Would not recommend this place.."

"The front office staff are the first Impression of this office. Everytime when I leave my children's appointments I say I'm going to switch offices,but the doctors and NP are so great. They are the only reason I bring my children back. The front office are highly unprofessional .They are rude and they all have attitudes . It's a shame that management continues to allow this behavior, I've read through the reviews and this seems to be the main complaint of this office ."
