Never have what you need or they tell you your insurance card doesn't cover or they punch in the wrong info and make it sound like it's your fault.I will take the same ins. Card amd same rx to a dormant pharmacy and it's filled in 20 mins. This place and the staff is very incompetent"

"In this past year I have had dealings with three different pharmacists at Walmart Neighborhood Pharmacy. Each one has always had my best interest in mind. For example, one of my prescriptions was $300.00 and I had a Good Rx coupon for $150.00, the pharmacist called my doctor to possibly prescribe something else. I ended up with an OTC medication that was $25.00 and only 1% less than the prescription. Another time I got an injection from a very caring about me (due to the soreness I should expect and what I could do shorty afterwards) pharmacist. I commend these pharmacists for taking their time because I know they are swamped. Also the staff have answered questions very thoroughly for me, they to know their stuff. THANK YOU NEIGHBORHOOD PHARMACISTS AND STAFF FOR ALL YOU DO."

"The pharmacist was very rude me to me cut in and told me she wasn't comfortable selling me insulin sirenges. Because of the virus shipping was delayed so my poor grandmother couldn't get her sirenges because Walmart felt uncomfortable. I'm not comfortable being judged. So disrespectful"
