"I'm a senior and was used to just showing up for my flu shot..When I arrived, I was informed that I had to make an appointment..Robyn, the worker, told me go on line..I replied, ' I don't have internet'..She said,' scan your phone I replied, 'What's a scan?" .Finally I said, ' Get me your supervisor, so that she can make me an appointment.'..She reluctantly gave me an appointment..I hope she doesn't treat all elderly customers, like that..This is Covid season..They didn't sanitize the clip boards nor chairs, between customers.. I won't return."

"This is an okay Walgreens, the staff is super friendly and they always are in stock. All the staff have amazing customer service, it is a little messy though and the products aren't at the correct label spaces."

"How do you have a pharmacy that is closed on both Saturday and Sunday. Defeats the purpose of having a pharmacy in Downtown Hampton. Every time I get a new prescription it is ALWAYS delayed for verification and then I get a notification that it’s ready right before you close. So because of your change in hours I know have been without the correct dose of my meds the entire weekend. Unacceptable. I’ll be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy."
