"The staff at Walmart marketplace pharmacy have been excellent each and every time I’ve been going there in the past three years! Never has anyone ever been rude, impatient or uncaring. The staff answers the phone promptly and strives to resolve any issues or concerns. I am so thankful that I found them and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!"

"Im changing pharmacy’s. First off one of my prescriptions was $40 when it should have been $8. The lady who helped me was rude and didn’t even look to see why it was so much. Few days later Im trying to call in another one of my prescriptions because I ran out yesterday and don’t know if the girl actually refilled it because I didn’t get a text saying it was. I have been sitting here calling them for over an hour. They keep hanging up on me, or putting it on hold and hanging up, the one time a lady answered she didn’t even let me talk before she put me on hold. I am not going on hold I literally just need to know if my prescription is ready or not. I also called walmart to see if they could help me and I may even go as far as talking to a manager which i never do, but this is RIDICULOUS. they didnt answer either! I get y’all might be understaffed but I have worked in the medical field and never hung up on people, put them on hold without even talking to them first and ALWAYS asked if i could put them on a hold. My phone call would’ve taken 30 seconds if that, just learn to answer the phones properly. It’s literally for a medication I NEED."

"I moved my prescriptions over here because I realized that there was never a line here at this pharmacy. Now I realize why I went to pick up my prescriptions and the pharmacy tech canceled one of them told me I could go get that over the counter and she wasn't going to fill it the pharmacy also the excuse me the pharmacist also claim that they didn't fill these and there was their policy not to fill anything that could be purchased over the counter. I have a special clearance for these to be filled by my insurance company cuz I can't afford all my medications and have to if I have to purchase them myself ration them. Apparently Walmart and the pharmacist here seem to think that they know better than my doctor and my insurance company and that day can supersede doctors instructions and insurance coverage until people to just go buy it yourself! If you're looking for a pharmacy that is so good they can prescribe for you better medication or tell you what medications you should or should not be taking you should go here if you're not willing to rely on your own doctor and the medical professionals that are prescribing for you send your prescriptions to this pharmacy and they will cancel the ones they don't think you need!"

"I've been using this pharmacy for several years and most of the people here are great. Very helpful and friendly. I've never had a single complaint about it before. Now that there's a different pharmacy manager (Danielle) I'm considering changing to a new pharmacy. Not because of anything she's done to me directly but because I'm tired of seeing her abuse and mistreat the other pharmacy employees. Whenever I go there I like to show up first thing in the morning. The first time I was there after she took over, she was opening the gate and before she even said "hi" or "good morning" to me she started trash talking her employees. And that's not the only time I've witnessed her abusive behavior. I also know for a fact that she's been reported more than once for her bad attitude and abusive nature toward the rest of the staff. I do not understand how the management here lets her get away with it over and over. To the managers at the Hampton Walmart Neighborhood Market, you have/had some very good people working there. I've watched as they've started to leave one by one because of Danielle . Your employees deserve better than the treatment they're getting. Your unwillingness to provide a workplace that is welcoming and respectful to your staff is a failure on the part of the store managers. When you allow your staff to be mistreated in front of your customers you're disrespecting not only your staff but also your customers and yourself as well."
