CVS Pharmacy

"This store is very unorganized with every person that works there including the pharmacist always giving out incorrect information. One person will tell me one things, then a different person will tell me a different thing. When my wife called regarding my prescription one person told her the medication was not in stock. When she was on hold for the pharmacist the pharmacist stated that she had the prescription and I would be notified when ready, the pharmacist would not give my wife any other information regarding my prescription despite the fact that she always has in the past and there was never any issues. I have been using CVS for years, however with the lack on consistent and professional information I may be taking my business elsewhere."

"According to Google, the pharmacy closes at 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:14pm to a closed pharmacy. There was a sign that said 5:00pm close on Christmas Eve, which is tomorrow. No where else could I find any indication that the pharmacy should be closed at this time, and when I stopped and asked an employee, they indicated that they thought it had closed prior to 5:00pm today."

"I just received my second dose of the shingles vaccine at CVS in Hampton at Target. Joyce did an outstanding job of administering the shot. What a game changer! I barely felt any prick on my skin at all! Ask for Joyce if you need to receive a shot! She is outstanding!!"

"I'm not to crazy about this pharmacy. The Staffs that work there has no type of Cistomer service skills. They are very rude and you feel like your bothering them after asking a question related to your medications. When you call you don't even get a good morning, good afternoon or good evening, ita just straight to the point. One time I went to pick up my meds, and I am standing at the front desk forever before someone will come to you. The person working obviously see me standing there but she is taking her sweet time. The Staffs need better training when dealing with customers and better hospitality. I only go there now to shop at Target if needed."
