"I've had a good experience here. While I haven't been thrilled with my health insurance, which was anything but clear regarding costs ahead of time, I have been happy with the people that work here. Once I got the initial bill for the cluster shots, I figured I'd have to stop treatment. However, upon talking to them I was switched to a slower schedule that is affordable. The allergist explains things well. He actually went over a mistake my previous allergist made and made sure that my allergies were being approached appropriately before starting the immunotherapy process. He also has taken time during each visit to check in. I might be number 18 on his list of appointments for the day, but I don't feel like it. If you have concerns or don't understand something, he's easy to ask about it. The office overall seems to be almost too busy at times, but they also seem to really care about people. Wait times for appointments can be long. Hold times on the phone are occasionally long too. If you have time constraints or little kids, I'd suggest going as early in the day as they'll schedule you, including getting a later date where an early appointment is available. Personally, a longer wait isn't something I mind since my life can be pretty hectic. I just bring water and a book or whatever I need to work on (water is fine in the office, but it is an allergist and food and drinks in general aren't). The bathroom has been clean. The wait times for allergy shots aren't like this though. They keep close to schedule. Billing has been fine for me. They seem to get the insurance statement right about the same time as I do, which takes about a month, but can vary, and then it's due. Everything has been accurate thus far. Their patient portal shows the statements from their end and has all the appointments listed too. It's been easy to cross check information and pay using it as well as just asking questions and paying while in the office."
"Not only did he completely mess up the readings for my allergy panel, which I had to get redone with a legit doctor, the office then proceeded to send me bills with no links to pay, and every time I called, I would be put on hold and eventually hung up on (MANY times). I tried over and over to pay it, until I finally got a voicemail from Madaan's office saying that they would garnish my wages if I didn't pay (which is not something doctors offices can just do that without involving debt collectors and courts). It's a bad doctor and a somehow even worse office staff. Stay away."
"Dr. Madaan genuinely cares about his patients and their quality of life. Over the last few years he has gotten much better about seeing patients on their scheduled appointment times, but I don't feel like he is rushing my care. He is very diligent about fully finding the right treatment for each patient. He is very sympathetic to difficult diagnoses and is not threatened by second opinions."
"After two years of treatment with Dr. Madaan I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Thanks to Dr. Madaan I have my life back. My allergies were really bad, I would wake up every day without knowing if my face was going to be swollen to the point that I couldn’t even open my eyes or even feel my mouth. Now, after two years I feel like a new person. Dr. Madaan is very knowledgeable and patient which meant a lot, not only for my health but also for my self-esteem. I read some of the other review and I'm able to relate to some of the issues with the office staff such as disorganization, timely billing, wait time and follow-up but at the end I knew that I was there to address my allergy issue with Dr. Madaan. I recently found out that they have changed some of the office staff so hopefully they will do good for Dr. Madaan."
"I received treatment for bee sting allergy from Dr. Madaan and found him to be very personable and a good communicator along with being very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained the medications and treatment that he was prescribing and I especially appreciated his willingness to take a few extra minutes to help me find the lowest cost for the medications that I needed. I am thankful for his help and pleased with his service."
