"I opted for self-check not realizing sale prizes required a CVS membership. I got a pretty snarky response from the female staff after her younger male colleague asked for help in signing me up despite that I had already rung but not paid for my items. I ended up not getting the sale price or being able to sign up for the extracare program. I would not frequent the CVS the Wharf DC."

"Chain pharmacy that also works as a convenience store located on the Wharf. Easy to get to and quick. Recommend their app if local 25-40% coupons come out about every two weeks."

"I had an OUTSTANDING experience at the CVS located at 804 Maine Avenue at The Wharf in DC. Upon making my purchase, I wanted to use a retail coupon, but for some reason the system would not take it. Tuli went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that I received the full value of the coupon. He was tremendously patient, professional, and understanding. Thanks to Tuli my CVS experience was wonderful!"

"This location really needs more than 1 pharmacist at a time. The phone was ringing off the hook, unanswered, and people were turned away for allergy shots, bc the one pharmacist was trying to help multiple lines of in-person customers who has been waiting. The line also shuts down for the lunch break, which the pharmacist deserves, but this means you may get your order fulfilled while waiting. Please add more pharmacy staff."

"I arrived at 9:40pm in need of some personal items only available at this location. The employees inside were checking themselves out for snacks of various kinds, not attempting to close down the store; looking at multiple would be patrons in the window with confused looks as to why the store was closed 15-20 minute early. They paid no attention and continued picking out snacks and ringing each other out. It’s really disappointing and disrespectful."
