Inappropriate calling and texting about billing way after hours (10pm at night). Unhelpful commentary and total disrespect to clients needs by Cynthia (office manager) nit worth the time or effort when there are so many other doctors and offices treating clients correctly and efficiently! Told the doctor of these issues with no response or resolution. If he can't take any constructive remarks about how his office is running, how can we have an open conversation about my child's health. Closed minded and stuck in bad habits is not where I'm leaning for solid medical advice and anaysis! Find a new pediatrician!"
